Architecture & Design
The collaboration between YRA Designs and Delcrest Homes produced a single-story floor plan scaled for both entertaining and daily living. Custom ceiling details include box beams throughout, and the home is finished with imported Italian porcelain flooring featuring rectified edges that reads as wood but offers greater durability. Custom designer lighting is specified throughout every room.
Interior Sequence
The kitchen anchors the interior with dual islands, quartzite countertops, and custom wood cabinetry with full wood boxes and shaker-style fronts. Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances are paneled where possible for a furniture-grade finish. A custom wet bar with wine refrigeration, beverage center, and sink is positioned for entertaining flow.
The owner's suite is configured as a private wing with a sitting area and a walk-in closet measuring over twenty feet in length. The primary bath features imported porcelain tile, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, a freestanding tub, frameless glass shower enclosure, and a dedicated makeup area.
