Segraves organized the house around its ocean frontage, with principal rooms facing the Atlantic and secondary spaces set behind. The material palette runs through marble, hardwood flooring, and detailed millwork. Ceilings throughout the formal rooms are coffered or vaulted, scaled to the proportions of each space.

Interior Sequence

The oceanfront living room is anchored by a marble fireplace. The adjacent waterfront library features full paneling and coffered ceilings. The oversized formal dining room overlooks the ocean and connects to a wet bar with wine refrigerator.

The marble kitchen includes a chef's island and breakfast nook, flowing into the family room. The primary suite faces the ocean with vaulted ceilings, a waterfront balcony, and dual bathrooms and closets. Additional rooms include a game room, gym, and media room.

Outdoor Living & Oceanfront Grounds

The grounds occupy approximately 0.82 acres, with an oversized backyard between the house and the beach. An oceanfront loggia provides covered outdoor living directly on the water. A separate pool loggia with built-in barbecue serves the heated pool. The beachfront cabana sits closer to the shoreline, offering a second anchor point on the ocean side of the property.
