Architecture and Interior
The ground floor is organized around a grand foyer with Jerusalem Gold limestone that opens into the main living areas. The open kitchen features Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, an island with seating, and a breakfast area. A butler's pantry, also finished in Taj Mahal stone, connects to a private dining room. The kitchen flows directly into the family room, which opens through full-height doors to a covered loggia overlooking the pool and Intracoastal.
A separate living room provides a second reception space on this level. Two guest bedrooms with en-suite baths are located on the ground floor, along with two powder rooms, a laundry room, and access to the two-car garage, which has ceiling height configured for car lifts.
