Harrison Design and M2B Homes are completing a British Colonial oceanfront residence on a 0.64-acre lot with 125 feet of direct Atlantic frontage in the North End of Palm Beach. The seven-bedroom home delivers 5,637 square feet under air across multiple levels including a full basement, with deeded beach access through the Kenlyn Road shared beach parcel. At 7,012 total square feet on an oversized parcel in the Bello Lido subdivision, the site retains the potential for an additional 5,000 square feet of construction.

Architecture by Harrison Design and M2B Homes
Harrison Design is the architecture firm; M2B Homes is the builder. Their prior collaboration includes Merrywood in Atlanta, which received the 2020 Addison Mizner Award from the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art Florida Chapter and the 2021 Residential Design Award from the American Institute of Architects Atlanta Chapter. M2B Homes has been featured in Florida Design. The home is under construction with a 2025 completion date.
Interior Layout
The ground floor includes a secondary primary bedroom, formal dining room, private study, and a kitchen with walk-in pantry. Ceilings are scaled generously throughout. The upper-level primary suite has dual walk-in closets. The basement level, accessible by elevator, contains a full bathroom and laundry facilities, with adaptable space suited for a wine cellar or exercise room. A two-car garage is integrated into the plan.
Outdoor Living and Grounds
The lot supports a heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi spa, oriented toward unobstructed ocean views. At 0.64 acres, this is a significantly oversized parcel for the North End, where most oceanfront lots run closer to a quarter or third of an acre. The remaining buildable area could accommodate a guest house, sport court, or expanded outdoor living, subject to Town of Palm Beach zoning review.
Location and Access
The North End of Palm Beach is the most residentially private stretch of the island, characterized by wider beaches and lower density than the Estate Section or Midtown. Beach access here is through the deeded Kenlyn Road parcel, a shared arrangement common in this section where direct dune crossings are limited by coastal setback regulations. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 15 minutes by car. The Royal Poinciana Bridge and Southern Boulevard Bridge connect to West Palm Beach and the mainland.
