Architecture & Design
Perry's design bridges contemporary spatial planning with Palm Beach materiality. The living room centers on an Ortal fireplace flanked by sliding Euroglass walls that open fully to the exterior loggia. That loggia is finished in St. Croix limestone with automated screens, creating a transitional space between the interior living areas and the pool terrace. Kolbe impact windows are used throughout the structure.
Interior Sequence
The ground level includes a bedroom suite with an attached cabana and two bathrooms, a dining space with a closed-off bar area, and a streamlined kitchen finished with white leathered marble countertops. Rift white oak wood floors run throughout the living spaces. A separate mudroom and laundry room connect to the two-car air-conditioned garage, which features epoxy floors.
The upper level holds four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The interior finish program by Matt Anthony carries consistently through both floors.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear yard features a heated in-ground pool with spa, an outdoor grill, and tropical landscaping. The loggia's automated screens allow the outdoor space to function comfortably in varied weather. The property carries deeded beach access.
Systems & Infrastructure
The home is outfitted with a Lutron Homeworks lighting system and Savant integrated control system managing the automated features. A 60-kilowatt whole-house generator provides full backup power. Security includes a dedicated security system and smoke detectors throughout.
