Two adjoining units at Whitehall have been combined into a single three-bedroom, four-bath riverfront residence overlooking the Loxahatchee River in Tequesta. The 32-unit, 55-and-over community sits directly on the water with private dockage, no fixed bridges, and direct ocean access through the Jupiter Inlet.

Interior Layout
The combined floor plan delivers 1,500 square feet under air with two screened lanais oriented toward the river. The configuration retains four full bathrooms from the original two-unit layout, offering flexibility for guest accommodations or a home office conversion. Views from the living areas and lanais look directly across the Loxahatchee River.
Water Access & Docking
Whitehall provides private dockage for boats up to 30 feet on a first-come basis at a nominal annual fee. The waterway has no fixed bridges between the dock and the Jupiter Inlet, giving owners direct access to the Atlantic. This is a meaningful advantage: many Loxahatchee River communities farther upstream face bridge-restricted passage. Kayak and paddleboard launching is also available on site.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The community includes a pool and maintained grounds along the riverfront. Two screened lanais provide covered outdoor living space with water views. Two assigned parking spaces (numbers 10 and 11) convey with the unit. An elevator is currently planned as an upcoming addition to the building.
Location & Access
Whitehall is within walking distance of Tequesta's village center, which includes local shops and restaurants along Tequesta Drive and US-1. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 30 minutes south. Jupiter Island and the oceanfront beaches at Coral Cove Park are less than ten minutes by car. The community's position on the Loxahatchee River places it in one of the few navigable corridors in northern Palm Beach County with unobstructed ocean access.
