The architecture pairs floor-to-ceiling windows and doors with warm oak flooring that runs continuously through the interiors. The open-concept living and dining areas connect to a lounge space, creating a sequence that moves fluidly from formal entertaining to everyday use. Each of the six bedrooms includes an ensuite bathroom and individually zoned air conditioning, a construction detail that speaks to the level of systems integration throughout.
