Diaz & Lang designed this newly completed contemporary estate at Wellington Aero Club, a 240-home private aviation community with its own lighted, paved 4,000-foot runway. The property occupies a lot and a half (1.47 acres) and comprises three connected structures: the main residence, a 4,400-square-foot primary hangar, and a 2,000-square-foot secondary hangar, all linked by covered breezeways. Interiors are by HW Interiors.

Architecture & Design
The main residence is configured as five bedrooms with six full and two half baths across 8,400-plus square feet under air. Construction was completed in 2026 and the home has never been occupied. The architectural language is contemporary throughout, with custom millwork, fluted wood detailing, and a material palette that moves between white oak, honed marble, concrete, and aged brass.
Kitchen & Living Spaces
The kitchen is anchored by a custom fluted pill-shaped oak island with pop-up outlets and touch-latch cabinetry. Appliances include a Wolf six-burner cooktop with griddle, Wolf double oven and warming drawer, Sub-Zero panel-ready refrigerator and freezer, and a Bosch panel-ready dishwasher. The stone backsplash incorporates an in-wall sliding niche for spice storage, a pot filler, and concrete pendant lighting overhead. A concealed pantry behind the kitchen houses a second dishwasher, Wolf microwave and warming drawer, GE panel-ready ice maker, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, and a laundry sink.
The great room centers on a fireplace flanked by floor-to-ceiling white concave wood fluting, built-ins with fluted wood backing and floating shelves, aged brass sconce lighting, and a herringbone brick firebox framed in mitered-edge stone. A separate wine pantry features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, bookmatched stone back wall, floating white oak shelves, and fluted touch-latch cabinetry.
Primary Suite & Bathrooms
The primary bathroom features a solid concrete 72-inch soaking tub, floor-to-ceiling honed marble shower with full thermostatic, waterfall, and handheld shower system, brushed brass custom stone sink handles, mosaic flooring, and a custom stone-trimmed mirror. Each additional bathroom carries a distinct material identity: Calacatta gold marble and a designer tub in one, penny round matte white flooring with a two-inch stone countertop in another, Moroccan mosaic tile with a custom integrated stone vessel sink in the powder bath, and green absinthe trapezoid tile with vintage brass fixtures in the cabana bath.
Fitness, Office & Upper Level
A dedicated fitness room pairs with a full steam suite featuring a Thermasol touch control system with Bluetooth, a Brizo Odin thermostatic shower system, and floor-to-ceiling stone on all surfaces. A playroom and office space includes a 141-inch built-in desk, cork board, and custom rift-cut white oak cabinetry. The upper level has a second bar outfitted with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE nugget ice maker, and Wolf microwave.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The summer kitchen is built around a Piasentina sapiens stone waterfall countertop and equipped with a Wolf outdoor grill, two Wolf built-in burners, a Sub-Zero panel-ready refrigerator, and a Tradewinds outdoor hood. The heated and chilled saltwater pool and spa are surrounded by covered outdoor living areas. The backyard faces due west, oriented toward sunset views over the canal.
Hangars, Runway & Location
The primary hangar measures 70 by 60 feet with epoxy flooring, and the secondary hangar adds another 2,000 square feet, also epoxy-floored. Both are attached to the main residence. Wellington Aero Club's runway is lighted and paved at 4,000 feet with AV Gas available on-site. The community sits minutes from the Winter Equestrian Festival grounds, making this one of the few properties in Palm Beach County that serves both aviation and equestrian principals without compromise. For owners flying into Palm Beach International (PBI), the airport is roughly 20 minutes east.
