Interior Renovation & Layout
The renovation restructured the original floor plan into an open-concept layout with continuous sightlines and natural light. The kitchen was replaced entirely with new cabinetry, quartz and granite countertops, and all new appliances. Clean-line contemporary finishes carry through the living areas.
The primary suite received a significant upgrade: the primary bath was expanded by approximately 50 percent. A half bath was added to the plan, along with a dedicated 5-by-7-foot storage room, both of which were not part of the original configuration. Impact glass windows and doors have been installed on all openings, providing storm protection and sound attenuation without the need for shutters.
Community & Club Access
Orchid Reserve is the only neighborhood within Ibis that maintains its own private association pool and clubhouse, separate from the master community amenities. The gated entry is staffed with a guard. Ownership includes full membership access to The Club at Ibis, which operates a 90,000-square-foot clubhouse, three championship golf courses designed by the Nicklaus family, five dining venues, a fitness complex and spa, and tennis and pickleball facilities.
Ibis is located in western West Palm Beach near the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and the Florida Turnpike. Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 20 minutes southeast. The community's position along the western corridor places it within a short drive of shopping and medical facilities along PGA Boulevard and Northlake, while maintaining the set-back, low-density character that distinguishes the private golf club enclaves in this part of northern Palm Beach County.
