Architecture & Building
Forte on Flagler is a boutique building of 40 residences with attended lobby, fire sprinkler system, and security guard. The building's positioning on South Flagler Drive captures water, ocean, and city views from the upper floors. Fort-Brescia, founding principal of Arquitectonica, shaped the tower as an ultra-luxury waterfront address within the Jefferson Park section of West Palm Beach.
Interior Layout
A private elevator opens directly into the residence. The dining room, living area, and kitchen are all oriented toward the water, establishing the Intracoastal as the primary visual axis from the moment you step inside. Floor-to-ceiling windows run throughout the unit.
