Architecture & Design by RAMSA and Pembrooke & Ives
South Flagler House pairs the classical vocabulary of Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by Pembrooke & Ives. The development comprises two 28-story towers housing 105 residences ranging from two to five bedrooms. This penthouse is a singular layout within the project: 13,904 square feet of interior space and 1,941 square feet of covered outdoor entertaining area.
Interior Sequence
A private elevator vestibule opens into a grand foyer that anchors the lower level. From the foyer, the residence unfolds into expansive living and entertaining spaces positioned to capture water views on multiple exposures. The kitchen, dining room, family room, and media room occupy the primary entertaining floor.
A private interior elevator and a gracious interior staircase connect the two levels. Seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms are distributed across the duplex, with two powder rooms serving the public entertaining areas. Office spaces are integrated into the floor plan, and every principal room draws on the panoramic city, Intracoastal, and ocean exposures.
South Flagler House Amenities & Services
The development offers what Related Ross describes as the largest amenity program per residence in Palm Beach County. On-site concierge services are designed to exceed the standards of private members' clubs. Security includes attended lobby, key card entry, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, smoke detection, and security patrol.
Location on South Flagler Drive
The building sits in the Jefferson Park area of West Palm Beach, directly on the Intracoastal Waterway with views across to Palm Beach and east to the Atlantic Ocean. The 3.4-acre site fronts South Flagler Drive, one of the principal north-south corridors along the waterfront in downtown West Palm Beach.
