Architecture & Design by Keith Spina

Spina's design reads as a layered contemporary volume organized around both horizontal and vertical living. Italian porcelain tile flooring runs throughout the interior, while 51 slabs of polished Royal Oyster marble surface the kitchen and bathrooms. Custom Italian cabinetry is installed throughout, and the home is fully integrated with a Crestron smart home system and automatic shades on every window.

Interior Spaces

The kitchen is anchored by Royal Oyster marble countertops and Italian cabinetry. The primary suite occupies its own wing with a private morning bar and a spa-caliber bath finished in the same Royal Oyster marble. A private fitness studio is built into the floor plan, and an elevator serves all levels.

Outdoor Living & Rooftop

The ground-level outdoor program includes an entertaining bar and lounge, two summer kitchens, and a gas-heated in-ground pool. The rooftop terrace adds a heated spa, cold plunge pool, and western sunset views across the neighborhood. The design treats the roof as a fully functional living floor rather than an afterthought.
