Architecture & Design
The renovation stripped the original builder-grade finishes entirely. Jeff Lincoln specified custom millwork, designer fixtures, and wide plank oak flooring throughout. Impact windows and doors were installed on every opening, and the exterior was fully reworked alongside new professional landscaping and hardscape. Structural fundamentals include concrete block construction, two Trane HVAC systems, a whole-house generator, and Lutron lighting controls.
Interior Sequence
The main floor opens to an expansive layout with wide plank oak floors running through the living areas. The kitchen features a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a concealed walk-in pantry. One bedroom with a full ensuite bath sits on this level alongside a laundry room and access to the two-car garage. A cabana bath connects the interior to the rear outdoor space.
The second floor holds three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, plus two oversized covered balconies and a loft fitted with a custom wet bar. The primary suite includes two walk-in closets and an expansive bath with two private toilet rooms, a freestanding soaking tub, and an oversized glass-enclosed shower with dual shower heads.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The rear yard centers on a 40-foot heated saltwater pool with a covered patio. New landscaping and hardscape were installed as part of the renovation, creating a fully finished outdoor environment on the compact lot. The pool bath provides direct access from the yard to the interior.
