The 55-residence tower rises 22 stories along North Flagler Drive with direct Intracoastal frontage. Spina O'Rourke + Partners shaped the building's form, and the layouts are configured to emphasize natural light, privacy, and indoor-outdoor continuity through expansive terrace access.

Interior Finishes

Residence 1503 is finished with large-format porcelain tile flooring and custom Italkraft cabinetry throughout. The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf and Sub-Zero appliance suite and Dekton countertops. The unit includes an expansive terrace with a summer kitchen, extending the living space toward the waterway.

ALBA provides both sunrise and sunset pools, a spa, fitness center, and yoga studio.
