Al Adelson, who developed The Bristol on the downtown waterfront, commissioned Arquitectonica to design The Berkeley as a second landmark addition to the West Palm Beach skyline. The firm shaped a facade with rhythmic articulation and interiors calibrated to frame unobstructed water views from every residence. The building is conceived as a luxury product that lives like a single-family home, prioritizing generous living space, expansive terraces, and privacy within a full-service tower.

This residence comprises 3,286 square feet under air within a total footprint of 4,252 square feet, which accounts for substantial terrace area oriented toward the lake and city.
