Architecture & Developer

Adelson's track record with The Bristol established the template for full-service luxury towers on the downtown West Palm Beach waterfront. Arquitectonica's design for The Berkeley carries that ambition forward with soaring ceilings and generous glass lines that frame lake and city panoramas from a single residence. The building is expected to deliver in 2028.

Interior Layout

The flow-through floor plan positions living spaces to capture light from both the east and west facades. Oversized terraces extend from the main living areas, functioning as open-air rooms scaled to the residence itself. The kitchen features Snaidero Italian cabinetry with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.

A private elevator opens directly into the residence, eliminating shared hallways. A flexible space adjacent to the main living areas can serve as a home office, library, or additional guest suite. Two garage spaces are included.
