2025 Renovation Scope
The renovation touched both the envelope and the interior. The roof was fully replaced, and all doors and windows are new impact-rated units. Caroline Rafferty, the Palm Beach and New York-based interior designer known for her residential work across the island and the mainland, handled the interior design throughout.
