The Club and the Course
Toll Brothers announced the community in 2005 and the Norman course opened in 2007, eighteen holes at par 72 off Indiantown Road west of the turnpike. The club now operates inside the Invited network with golf and social tiers. The headline today is the Agustin Piza redesign running through 2027: a full rebuild, front nine first. Buyers touring this season will see construction, and should confirm the current membership terms and renovation calendar directly with the club.
The Product Lines
The ledger spans three different products behind one gate. Carriage condominiums near the clubhouse enter below a million. Villa and golf cottage streets hold the middle. Single family homes up to estate scale on the course carry the top, with the record at $4.3M. The blended median means little here, so our tables and advice always compare within the line.
The Market
The last two years recorded 53 closings at $571 per square foot blended, on a market clock near six weeks. Volume at that level makes this one of the most liquid club communities in the county, and the renovation has not slowed it so far. Sixteen or so homes typically sit available across the lines, which gives buyers real choice by club standards.

The Ledger
The complete two year tape follows. Sort mentally by product line before judging any single number, and note how the course frontage concentrates at the top of the table.

Pricing the Renovation
A course mid rebuild cuts both ways, and pretending otherwise fails the reader. Buyers who close during the construction seasons buy a nearly new course at today's prices, and carry the disruption in exchange. Sellers near the work face buyers who discount for it, and sellers near the reopening holes should time their listings to the calendar. Our advice runs with the schedule: underwrite the 2027 course, negotiate the seasons between, and treat the reopening of each nine as a pricing event.
Bottom Line
Jupiter Country Club recorded 53 sales in two years at a $1.9M blended median, from sub-million carriage condominiums to a $4.3M estate record, while its course is rebuilt through 2027. The renovation is the opportunity and the discount at once. Know which side of it your deal sits on before you price anything.
For buyers and sellers at Jupiter Country Club: underwrite the 2027 course, negotiate the seasons between, and compare only within your product line.
Every figure is a BeachesMLS recorded closing from November 2024 through October 2026, scoped to the Jupiter Country Club subdivision records, board twins deduplicated on address and price. Medians are used throughout and blend all product lines, which the copy flags wherever it matters.
Community facts follow the public record. Toll Brothers announced the community in 2005 and built about 550 residences. The Greg Norman course opened in 2007, the club operates within the Invited network, and the Agustin Piza redesign runs through 2027. Membership structure and dues are set by the club and are not published here. This is market description, not a valuation of any property.
