About Banyan Tree Residences

Banyan Tree built its name on sanctuary, three decades of resorts where arrival slows the pulse, and it has chosen downtown West Palm Beach to translate that into American homes. Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development are building the tower with the group. OMA shapes the massing as two forms reading as one, Yabu Pushelberg takes the interiors and Enzo Enea the gardens. The city passed the design without a dissenting vote in August 2026, and sales opened that spring from a gallery at the site.

The tower rises where Hibiscus Street meets the center of the district, CityPlace beginning a block from the lobby and the waterfront a short walk east.

The developer's own neighborhood map counts Buccan, Le Bilboquet and Sant Ambroeus among the nearby tables, with Worth Avenue across the bridge. Dinner does not require the car.

Banyan Tree's signature is a dedicated wellness level, and the program reads like one of its resorts: a full-service spa with hammam, sauna, steam and soaking baths, rainforest showers, cryotherapy, a cold plunge and an ice fountain, beside a meditation dome with its own garden.

Ownership carries Sanctuary Club privileges across more than one hundred Banyan properties in over twenty countries, so the sanctuary travels with its residents.

At 400 Hibiscus Street in downtown West Palm Beach. CityPlace starts at the corner, the Intracoastal is a short walk east and Palm Beach island is minutes across the bridge.

Past the wellness level, the amenity list runs to a signature pool with cabanas, a garden bar and lounge, an open-air cinema, a golf simulator, a putting green, a speakeasy, a children’s discovery center and a pet retreat. A twenty-four-hour host anchors the service.

Buyers contract directly with the developer, with deposits on a schedule the contract itself sets. Florida grants fifteen days to cancel a new condominium contract from signature and delivery of the documents, and we represent buyers through contract, construction and closing.

Both are new construction at overlapping budgets, and they stake opposite ground. Banyan Tree takes downtown and wellness. South Flagler House takes the waterfront. We can walk you through both against your brief.
