Architecture & Design
The collaboration between Affiniti Architects and Ellemar Builders produced a compound rooted in French-inspired design with contemporary scale. The property includes a main residence, a cabana house with bath, storage, and a Wolf summer kitchen, and a six-car garage. Crestron Smart Home automation controls lighting, security, sound, and climate throughout.
Interior Spaces
The main level is organized around a chef's kitchen with custom Edgarsman cabinetry, Miele appliances, and a sunlit breakfast nook. A secondary scullery kitchen, featured in Martha Stewart Magazine, includes a Wolf range and wine chiller. The formal dining room seats 16.
A custom piano conservatory fills with natural light. The home theater is equipped with 18 Dolby speakers and a cocktail bar. A full wellness wing includes a massage room, sauna, and cold plunge. Three of the guest suites are on the ground floor, each with its own level of separation from the main living spaces.
The second-floor primary suite opens to a fireplace lounge, dual spa-style bathrooms, boutique-style dressing rooms, and a lake-view terrace. Two additional guest suites are on the upper level. A dedicated craft studio, second laundry, and hidden built-in storage are integrated throughout the residence.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The 76-foot heated saltwater pool features a sculptural installation by artist David Harber, flanked by an oversized spa and a sunken fire lounge sized for more than 20 guests. An in-ground trampoline is set into the grounds. Full-size tennis and basketball courts occupy the western portion of the 2.61-acre site. The cabana house with its Wolf summer kitchen anchors the outdoor entertaining areas.
