Randall Stofft shaped the residence around an open layout oriented toward southern exposure and uninterrupted ocean views. The interior pairs custom finishes with an airy spatial plan that moves from the main living areas out to the expansive wraparound terraces. Interiors by Steven G furnished and finished the unit; the designer furnishings are not included in the asking price but can be negotiated separately.
Interior Layout
The open floor plan connects the primary living and dining areas with direct terrace access on multiple sides. Four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms are arranged across 3,069 square feet under air, with the total footprint reaching 5,008 square feet when the outdoor terraces are included.
