Kirchhoff's plan places the primary suite, study, and main living spaces on the first floor, with guest quarters above. The Mediterranean vocabulary is carried through in a screened loggia at the rear and multiple fountains integrated into the grounds. Construction details include two gas fireplaces, a wine wall with a 450-bottle refrigerator, and a full house generator.

First Floor Interior

The entry sequence moves into a first-floor primary suite and a dedicated study. The chef's kitchen is built around a center island and opens directly to a spacious family room. From the family room, the screened loggia extends the living space toward the rear yard, pool, and spa.

Second Floor & Guest Quarters

The upper level contains three en-suite bedrooms, a sitting room, and a wet bar, forming a self-contained guest wing. A laundry room serves the floor directly. A large terrace off the second level provides outdoor space independent of the ground-floor loggia.

Outdoor Living & Grounds

The rear yard is organized around an in-ground pool and spa with a cabana bath. Multiple fountains are distributed across the property. The screened loggia serves as the primary indoor-outdoor transition, overlooking the pool and landscaped yard. A two-car garage is integrated into the plan.
