St Andrews Country Club is West Boca’s flagship, a community of 740 custom estates founded in the early 1980s. Every home was built to its owner’s plan, and every owner holds equity in the club. That structure shapes everything: the members own the institution, and the institution has reinvested relentlessly, including a renovation program of roughly $25M completed in 2016.
Golf is the spine. Two championship courses run through the community, the Palmer Course and the Fazio II Course, and the club has ranked among the Platinum Clubs of America for decades.

The Palmer Course carries Arnold Palmer's name and his firm's 2003 redesign. The second course has been rebuilt across generations, with work by Ted McAnlis, Gene Bates and Tommy Fazio, whose 2017 renovation gave it the Fazio II name.
Between them, members play 36 championship holes without leaving the gate, backed by a practice and instruction operation that matches the club's Platinum standing.
Nothing here came off a production line. The 740 estates were custom built across four decades, which gives the community an architectural range most gated golf communities lack. Original 1980s estates, comprehensively renovated homes and brand new custom builds trade side by side.
