The land runs to roughly 1,500 acres of former orange grove and old polo grounds, with a Tom Fazio championship course and 317 home sites. The Community
Atlantic Fields is Discovery Land Company doing what it does, on ground it had never touched: Florida’s east coast. In partnership with the Becker family’s citrus company, Discovery took roughly 1,500 acres of orange grove and historic polo land in Hobe Sound. On it they built a Tom Fazio championship course, a 10 hole short course, a working farm and equestrian facilities, with 317 home sites threaded through the fields and lakes.
The address matters as much as the amenities. Atlantic Fields sits beside Michael Jordan’s Grove XXIII in what has become one of the densest concentrations of elite private golf anywhere in America.
