Architecture & Design
Portuondo and Perotti designed the estate with an Art Deco vocabulary adapted for direct beachfront living. The exterior is clad in natural coral stone with a barrel tile roof, materials selected to hold up against the salt environment while anchoring the property in a distinct architectural identity. Expansive walls of glass are integral to the design, pulling ocean views through every principal room and blurring the line between interior space and the Atlantic frontage beyond.
Interior Layout
The five-bedroom residence is planned across 14,355 total square feet with 9,410 square feet under air. Major living spaces open seamlessly to sprawling patios and terraces, with the glass-wall architecture ensuring that ocean views are present throughout the main living areas. Seven full bathrooms and one half bath serve the bedroom suites and entertaining spaces.
Underground Vault & Lower Level
Below grade, an underground parking vault accommodates 10 to 14 vehicles, a feature designed specifically for a serious car collection. Adjacent to the vault are a private gym, wine room, full bath, and customizable bonus areas that can be configured for entertainment or personal use. The scale of this lower level is unusual even for Palm Beach oceanfront construction and represents a significant portion of the total square footage.
Outdoor Living & Grounds
The grounds are surrounded by mature tropical landscaping that provides both beauty and privacy. Sprawling patios and terraces extend the living space outdoors, directly oriented toward the ocean. The heated gunite pool with pool sweep sits within this setting, offering a direct relationship to the beachfront. The half-acre lot supports the full scope of the residence and its outdoor program without crowding the site.
