The first new private golf community in Palm Beach County in about two decades: 218 modern estates on roughly 400 acres at the western edge of Palm Beach Gardens. Some 2,400 acres of protected preserve run along its border. The championship course is the only design Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas have ever put their names on together. The Community
Panther National broke a two decade drought: no new private golf community had opened in Palm Beach County since the early 2000s, and developer Dominik Senn answered with something different. The architecture is contemporary and glass forward rather than Mediterranean, and the course is the only Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas co-design in existence. The whole community borders roughly 2,400 acres of protected preserve at Avenir’s western edge.
The scale is deliberate too. Just 218 estates share the roughly 400 acres, and early resales began printing in late 2025, running from $4.2M to $7.8M by mid 2026.

Panther National's houses look like nothing else in the county's club world: flat planes, glass walls and courtyards instead of barrel tile and columns. The break from Mediterranean tradition is the point, and it has pulled a younger buyer into the private golf market.
