The Gate on Donald Ross Road
The community's history runs through two owners and one course. Ritz-Carlton opened the club in 2002 as the centerpiece of a gated enclave in Jupiter's Donald Ross corridor, minutes from Alton, the hospital district and I-95. The Nicklaus course anchored it then and anchors it now.
The December 2012 purchase brought the current name and roughly $20M of reinvestment into the club and grounds. For owners, the practical facts did not move. The enclave's homes trade on the course, the location and the product mix, whichever name is on the gate. Our Trump National Jupiter community page carries the live market table and every current listing.
What the Club Itself Offers
The club's own site describes a family club built around the 18-hole Nicklaus course. Around the golf sit tennis courts, a fitness center and a pool complex with the Oasis Bar & Grill. The spa, a children's program and the villas the club keeps for members and guests complete the campus. Those are the club's published facts, and a buyer can rely on them.
Membership is a private matter between the club and its members. It is separate from home ownership, and buying a home does not by itself produce it. The club publishes no fee schedule on its public site, so no fee figure appears on this page, and any number circulating elsewhere is a guess. Serious buyers should put their membership questions to the club directly and settle expectations before going to contract. Our club membership economics guide explains how corridor clubs structure entry in general terms.
Three Streets, Three Products
Every recorded house sale inside the gate sits on one of three streets, and each street is its own product. Bald Eagle Drive is the estate row, with houses from 4,787 to 7,715 square feet and the community's largest lots. Red Hawk Drive carries the mid-size residences. White Pelican Way runs the widest, from villas near 1,950 square feet up to houses above 7,000.
That mix is the community's quiet advantage. A buyer can enter at villa scale or estate scale through one gate, which few Jupiter club communities offer. Our golf community character guide sorts the county's clubs by exactly this kind of difference.
One small product sits apart. Four recorded trades of Eagle Tree condominium units on Royal Tern Drive appear in the same record, each unit 1,990 square feet. Two closed in December 2024 at $550,000 and $575,000, and the same two units resold in 2025 at $1.1M and $1.15M. Those are condominium trades, and they sit outside every house figure on this page.

What Homes at Trump National Jupiter Cost
The record splits into two eras with a hinge between them. From 2003 through 2019 the board recorded 121 house closings at a median $508 per square foot. The pandemic years brought one last run of volume at the old level, eighteen closings across 2020 and 2021 at a $495 median. The repricing arrived here later than it did on the waterfront.
When it arrived, it doubled the market. The twelve closings since January 2022 carry a median of $1,003 per square foot and a median price of $4.38M. The June 2026 closing at 515 Bald Eagle Drive set the community record at $6.63M, and its per-foot figure is the highest the board has ever recorded inside this gate. Sellers of the corridor's scarce club estates have been finding the same deeper market our Bears Club study documents a mile east.

A Market That Went Quiet
Price is half the story. The other half is how little now trades. From 2004 through 2010 the community averaged nine recorded house closings a year. Since 2022 it has recorded twelve in total, including a single closing in 2025 and one so far in 2026. One calendar year, 2017, recorded none at all.
The closings that do happen move fast and settle in cash. The recent dozen carried a median of 31 days on market, and ten of the twelve closed without financing. A buyer waiting for a specific street may wait through more than one season, and the record says the wait ends quickly once the listing appears. These counts are the MLS record only. Homes can also change hands privately with no board closing, so every count here is a floor.
What Is on the Market Right Now
As of September 13, 2026, our community page shows one active listing: 611 White Pelican Way, a 2,856 square foot house asking $3.43M. The asking figure sits between the lowest and the median recent closing, so it reads as a test of the villa-scale market rather than of the ceiling. Every number on it is a seller's figure until a closing records.
A one-listing shelf is the scarcity in plain sight. The community page updates as listings open and close, and our golf community search covers the corridor around this gate.

The Corridor Around the Gate
The enclave prices best against its neighbors. Admirals Cove adds a marina and trades many times more often. The Bears Club trades at estate scale with a recorded entry above anything this gate has posted. Trump National Jupiter is the compact option: the Nicklaus course and a wide entry range through its villas, in a Jupiter corridor where club addresses have repriced together.
Two practical notes belong in any budget here. Property tax resets on the purchase price after closing, and our county property tax guide walks that arithmetic. Club costs come from the club at its own time and on its own terms, so confirm them directly before contracting. Our buyer work in the corridor usually begins with those two conversations.
Bottom Line
Trump National Jupiter sells two different kinds of entry, and they run on separate tracks. The club decides its own membership on its own terms. The homes trade on the open market, and that market has become a patient one. Owners hold, listings are scarce, and the few sales that record have reset the community's price level. Know which street fits your life before anything is listed on it.
For a buyer watching this gate: Settle the club conversation early and decide your product first. Recent sales went to contract quickly, so have your decision made before the next listing appears.
House figures compute from a BeachesMLS Flexmls export dated August 2026. The scope is the gated community that opened in 2002 as the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa and is now Trump National Jupiter. It covers closed sales recorded under its Ritz-Carlton, Trump National and Eagle Tree subdivision names on the three house streets. That is 151 closings of $500,000 or more from November 2003 through the export, deduplicated by address, date and price. Eagle Tree condominium units on Royal Tern Drive are a separate product, shown separately and excluded from every house figure. Summary figures are medians with counts stated. These are MLS closings only: sales can close privately with no board record, so counts are floors.
Current inventory reflects the palmbeachluxury.com community page on September 13, 2026, and its figure is an asking price rather than a recorded result. Club facts reflect the club's own public site as of the same date and the history summarized on our community page. The club sets and revises its own membership terms and publishes no fee schedule. Confirm membership expectations directly with the club before contracting on a home. This page covers the club as a golf club and a real-estate market only.
