The Building
Glass House puts 28 residences behind an all glass facade at 280 East Palmetto Park Road, at the center of downtown Boca Raton. The building rises nine residential stories with a rooftop amenity level above, designed by GarciaStromberg with interiors by Hallock Design Group. Residences run two to four bedrooms, from about 2,504 to 3,865 square feet, each with two parking spaces.
ASG Development launched the project with Chasen Companies and broke ground in April 2025. Construction financing of $70 million closed in 2026 through Maxim Capital, with completion targeted for late 2027. Sales are by Douglas Elliman, with asking prices reported from $2.7M to above $8M.
