ASG Development launched the project with Chasen Companies and broke ground in April 2025. Construction financing of $70 million closed in 2026 through Maxim Capital, with completion targeted for late 2027. Sales are by Douglas Elliman, with asking prices reported from $2.7M to above $8M.
