A Neighborhood Before a Building
The Nora District is the city's warehouse revival, a run of low industrial blocks along North Dixie Highway being worked back into streets people use. The district tells its own story at norawpb.com, and a neighborhood that markets itself is a neighborhood with plans. What the revival lacked until this year was a way to own any of it. Renters and visitors had doors in. Owners did not.
Nora House changes that as the district's first condominium offered for sale. The claim sounds like marketing until you try to shop against it, because no second option exists on these blocks. Buyers who want a deed in Nora start and end at the same sales gallery.
The Building in Brief
The Ronto Group leads the project, working alongside NDT Development and Place Projects, with Wheelock Street Capital completing the team. Swedroe Architecture designed the building and Lillian Wu Studio has the interiors. The plan calls for 117 residences on 11 floors, in two to four bedroom layouts, above about 18,900 square feet of commercial space at the base. Sales run through Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, and the developer states the launch range at $2M to $6.5M.

Eleven Against Twenty Eight
The Flagler corridor's new towers rise 26 and 28 stories and sell the view across the water. Nora House stops at 11 and sells what sits at its own front door. South Flagler House and Edgeworth each run 28 floors on the corridor's most watched street, and Olara runs 26 a little to the north. Against them the height here is the argument. Owners live at street level inside a district rather than above one.
Mid rise scale also changes what the market later measures. A tower's resales trade on floor and exposure. A district mid rise trades on how the surrounding blocks matured, which is a different bet with a different clock. The county pipeline holds sixteen projects, and this is the only one built around that wager.
The Roof and the Street
The published amenity program sits on the roof: a pool, a bowling alley, pickleball and a golf simulator, with six guest suites for the people owners bring with them. Below it the ground floor hands the district about 18,900 square feet of new commercial space. Between those two layers sits the pitch. The building keeps its own program modest because the neighborhood is meant to supply the rest.

What First Means
Groundbreaking is targeted for the middle of 2027 and completion for 2029, which makes every number here a launch number. No closing has recorded and none will for years. The reward for moving first is choice of line at stated prices, in the one building the district will measure everything else against. The cost is time, plus a neighborhood whose finished shape no contract can promise. Our companion guide walks the diligence that bet deserves, and the pipeline page tracks the field around it.
Bottom Line
Nora House converts a neighborhood story into something a buyer can hold: 117 residences on 11 floors, stated from $2M at launch, keys targeted for 2029. The roof supplies what the district cannot and the base gives the street 18,900 square feet back. First is the entire offer, and the district currently has no second door.
For a buyer weighing the district: Ask us for the launch sheet beside the corridor's tower pricing before you sit with the sales team. Knowing what $2M buys at street height against what it buys at altitude frames the whole decision.
Building facts, pricing and dates follow the developer's published materials as of March 2026, subject to change. The stated range of $2M to $6.5M is the developer's figure, and one March 2026 press report described the entry as the upper $1 millions. We carry the developer's figure and note the difference. No sale has recorded at Nora House, so every price on this page is a launch asking figure. Corridor tower heights and counts follow the buildings' published materials on our pipeline pages.
